某热电厂能源利用状况及节能潜力分析的案例实践

摘　　要：天津某热电厂针对采暖期能源使用情况开展了能源审计工作。审计期,企业综合能耗为46941.60tce(当量值),供热煤耗为37.54kgce/GJ,供电煤耗为357.70gce/kW·h,发电煤耗为280.66gce/kW·h,综合厂用电率为20.89%,能源总成本为12280.17万元/年,占总生产成本的45%。企业节能潜力折合标准煤当量值5564.22tce/a,产生节能效益675.92万元/年。A thermal power plant in Tianjin launched an energy audit during the heating period. In the audit period,the enterprise comprehensive energy consumption is 46941.60 tce（equivalent value）,the coal consumption rate of heating supply is 37.54 kgce/GJ,the coal consumption rate of power supply is 357.70 gce/kW·h,the coal consumption rate of power generation is 280.66 gce/kW·h,the service power consumption rate is 20.89%,the cost of energy is 122,801,700 Yuan a year,The ratio of energy cost to total production cost is 45%. The enterprise energy-saving potential is equivalent to 5564.22 tce/a. The energy saving benefit is 6,759,200 Yuan a year.
