摘　　要：为适应国家种植结构调整,促进黑龙江亚麻产业发展,实现优质、高纤、抗病、抗倒伏育种目标,以黑龙江省农业科学院经济作物研究所育成的优质、高纤、抗性强亚麻品种黑亚12号为母本,以高纤、抗倒、早熟的法国品种Ilona为父本杂交选育出了98110-3。经试验该品系原茎、全麻、种子产量分别为6141.1、1556.2、636.3 kg/hm^2,分别比对照增产17.5%、25.3%和13.5%。全麻率30.8%,比对照高1.8个百分点。于2014年通过黑龙江省农作物品种审定委员会登记推广,定名为黑亚23号,同时提出了该品种的配套栽培技术。In order to adapt to the adjustment of the national planting structure,promote the development of the flax industry in Heilongjiang,develop new cultivars with good quality,high fiber rate,resistance to disease and lodging,Heiya No. 23 was bred from progeny of Heiya No. 12 and Ilona France variety. The straw yield, total fiber yield and seeds yield of Heiya No. 23 were 6141. 1 kg/hm^2,1556. 2 kg/hm^2 and 636. 3 kg/hm^2 respectively,which were 17. 5%,25. 3% and 13. 5% more than the control. The total fiber rate was 30. 8%,which was 1. 8% more than control. Heiya No. 23 was registered and approved by Heilongjiang Crops Variety Examine and Approval Committee in February 2014 as a new variety. Meanwhile,the cultivation techniques of Heiya No. 23 was put forward
