摘　　要：对定轴式滚筒接盘进行改造,去掉内密封,增加部件储油囊,使之具有润滑脂存储及单侧注油功能。适用于大带宽可伸缩带式输送机受力大的改向滚筒,尤其是储带仓内滚筒,浸蚀性、密封性和润滑性均优于普通滚筒。The flange of the fixed shaft drum is modified by removing inner seal and adding oil reservoir to give the drum grease storage and single-sided oiling functions. This method is applicable to load-bearing turnabout drum of large-belt width extensible belt conveyor, especially the drum inside belt storage bin, which is superior to ordinary drums in terms of resistance to erosion, sealing and lubricity.
