摘 要:电力体制改革背景下,电力行业将更加市场化,由此引发的电价剧烈波动问题会给市场参与者带来巨大的风险。电力期货市场发现价格以及套期保值的功能,能够很好地解决这一问题。区块链技术作为去中心化、去信任化的集体维护数据库技术,与电力期货市场有很高的契合度,区块链技术如何应用于电力期货市场进行研究具有很高的实用价值。文章首先分析了开展电力期货交易的必要性与可行性,简要介绍了区块链的相关概念及其特性。然后搭建了基于区块链技术的电力期货市场交易框架,并制定了相应的智能合约,最后介绍了基于区块链技术的电力期货市场的交易流程。区块链技术在电力期货市场中的研究应用不仅可以加快电力体制改革的进程,还能推动整个电力行业的稳定发展。Because of electricity market reform,the power industry will become more market-oriented. As a result,the volatility of electricity price will bring huge risks to the market participants. Electricity futures market has the function of finding prices and hedging,and it can solve this problem very well. As a decentralized peer-validated time-stamped ledger that chronologically registers all valid transactions,blockchain has some similarities with electricity futures market. Therefore,it is valuable to study how to apply the blockchain technology to the electricity power futures market. The article first analyzes the necessity and feasibility of developing power futures trading,and briefly introduces the relevant concepts and characteristics of blockchain. Then the power futures market trading framework based on blockchain technology was established,and the corresponding smart contracts were established. Finally,the transaction process of the power futures market based on blockchain technology was introduced. The research and application of blockchain technology in the power futures market can not only speed up the process of power system reform,but also promote the stable development of the entire power industry.
