摘 要:近些年来胸腰椎骨折的发生率正逐年提升,对于胸腰椎骨折患者的治疗,我们更多是采用椎弓根螺钉复位技术。这种技术可以重建脊柱的稳定性,帮助伤椎恢复高度。随着脊柱生物力学和内固定材料的发展,虽然椎弓根钉复位技术也取得了重大的突破,但是术后患者脊柱后凸仍是我们最常见的并发症。本文就胸腰椎骨折的手术治疗时机,术后脊柱后凸畸形的发生原因等方面的研究现状做一综述。In recent years,the incidence of thoracolumbar fractures has been increasing year by year.For patients with thoracolumbar fractures,short-segment posterior fixation represents a less invasive alternative to the traditional long-segment posterior fixation approach. This technique can restore the stability of the spine and help restore the spine height. With the development of spinal biomechanics and internal fixation materials,there have been significant breakthroughs in the technique of pedicle screw fixation,but postoperative patients with kyphosis are still the most common complications. In this paper,we review the current situation of surgical treatment of thoracolumbar fractures and the causes of postoperative kyphosis.
