摘  要:为了明确外源Zn^(2+)对冬小麦幼苗根系生长及部分氮代谢关键酶的影响,选用了河南省大面积种植的2个冬小麦高产品种偃高006和平安8号,设置了4个锌水平(0,15,30,60 mg·L^(-1)),于2017年4月进行水培试验,分别在加Zn^(2+)处理后7和14 d进行样品采集分析。结果表明,加Zn^(2+)显著影响2个品种冬小麦根系生长、氮吸收量,以及硝酸还原酶和谷氨酰胺合成酶活性。与对照相比,2个品种冬小麦在Zn15处理下,根长、根体积、根尖数和分根数均显著增加。Zn15处理下硝酸还原酶和谷氨酰胺合成酶活性最大,且平安8号>偃高006;在Zn60处理下各指标均显著下降。因此,添加适量Zn^(2+)能促进2个品种冬小麦幼苗根系发育,提高冬小麦硝酸还原酶和谷氨酰胺合成酶活性,促进2个品种冬小麦氮素吸收。This study was to investigate the effects of exogenous Zn^(2+) on root growth and key enzymes in nitrogen metabolism in winter wheat seedlings by hydroponics test. Two wheat cultivars Yangao 006 and Ping'an 8 were used as a sample wheat. Four dosages of zinc(0,15,30,60 mg·L^(-1)) were set up in this study. Samples were collected and analyzed on 7 d and 14 d after Zn^(2+) treatment. The hydroponic experiments were carried out in April 2017. The results showed that compared with the control,the root length,root volume,root tops and root forks significantly increased under the Zn15 treatment of two varieties of winter wheat,the highest activity of nitrate reductase and glutamine synthetase under the Zn15 treatment,and Ping'an 8 which was higher than Yangao 006,each index were significantly decreased under the Zn60 treatment. Thus,it can promote root growth,increase nitrate reductase and glutamine synthetase activities,and promote nitrogen absorption of two varieties of winter wheat with a suitable concentration of exogenous Zn^(2+).
