摘 要:通过对新庄单冻结管冻结过程中的冻结温度场进行现场实测与模拟冻结分析,对复杂地层的冻结温度场采用差异冻结思想进行讨论,得出以下结论:(1)地层越深其受到温度变化造成的热物理参数变化越大;(2)由于地层的冻结效率会发生变化,从而导致地层冻结壁厚度会发生较大改变;(3)根据冻结地层与冻结温度的不同实时调整该地层冻结温度,从而使冻结效率较差地层的冻结圈增大,冻结壁厚度差距减小,从而提高冻结工程的安全及经济性。In this paper,the freezing temperature field in the freezing process of single freezing tube in Xinzhuang is analyzed by field measurement and simulated freezing analysis,and the freezing temperature field of the complex stratum is discussed with the difference freezing theory,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1) The deeper the stratum is,the greater the thermal physical parameters are caused by the change of temperature;(2) Due to the change of the freezing efficiency of the strata,the thickness of the frozen wall will be changed greatly,(3) The freezing temperature can be adjusted in real time according to the different freezing strata and freezing temperature. Thus,the freezing circle of the strata with poor freezing efficiency increases and the thickness gap of the frozen wall decreases,thus improving the safety and economy of the freezing project.
