摘 要:为了研制先进有效的大型铅酸落后蓄电池修复装置,应用先进的电子技术,对蓄电池修复装置进行了布局。研究了蓄电池修复装置硬件组成,设计了主回路及其控制回路;设计了放电负载及其控制回路;对电抗器、变压器、电容、IGBT等进行选型;研究了实现该系统的软件设计技术。试验证明,经过治疗,参与试验的落后蓄电池容量的提高比例达到了14.25%。这说明大型铅酸落后蓄电池修复装置科学先进,能够有效地实现大型铅酸落后蓄电池修复功能。In order to develop advanced battery repair equipment,advanced electronic technology has been applied and the battery repair device was laid out. The hardware component of the battery repair device was studied,the main circuit and its control circuit were designed,and the discharge load and its control circuit were designed.The scientific selection of the reactor,transformer,capacitor and IGBT was carried out. The software design technology of this system was studied. The experimental results show that the increase of battery capacity is 14. 25% after treatment. This indicates that the lead acid battery repair device is advanced and it can effectively realize the repair function of large lead acid and backward battery.
