摘  要:尿酸是嘌呤代谢的最终产物,产生增多或排出减少都会导致高尿酸血症,从而导致机体功能紊乱和病理变化,其中包括冠心病的发生和发展。随着生活水平的提高和传统饮食结构的改变,我国高尿酸血症的发病率逐年增高。因为冠心病是我国居民死亡高发的主要原因,所以,高尿酸血症与冠心病的相关性研究受到越来越广泛的关注。然而,到目前为止,其与冠心病的关系尚未完全阐明。本文就近年来高尿酸血症与冠心病的相关性作一综述。Uric acid (UA) is the end product of purine metabolism. Either over production or under excretion of UA may cause hyper uricemia ( HUA), which can lead to disorders in biological function and pathological changes in human body, including development of coronary heart disease ( CHD). Along with the improvenlent of living standard and change in traditional dietary structures, prevalence of the hype ruricemia has been significantly increased in China. Furthermore, as CHD has become the leading cause of death in China, the relevance of HUA and risk of CHD has been highlighted in more and more clinical and basic researches. However, the relationship between HUA and CHD is far more complex than previously understood. This article reviews the relationship between hyper uricemia and coronary heart disease.
