摘　　要：[目的]了解开封市男女体检者空腹血糖(FPG)年龄上的差异。[方法]收集2015年河南大学淮河医院体检者血常规、生化检验数据进行统计学分析。[结果]男性FPG=(5.93±1.64)mmol/L,高于女性FPG=(5.68±1.39)mmol/L(P<0.001)。男性高血糖人数所占比例在20岁年龄组为1.8%,70岁年龄组达到44.3%(峰值),80岁以上年龄组降为31.7%;女性高血糖人数所占比例在20、30岁年龄组之间无明显差异,40岁年龄组为11.2%,70岁年龄组达到44.6%(峰值),80岁以上年龄组为44.4%。男女FPG存在统计学上年龄分布差异(P<0.001)。[结论]开封地区男性与女性空腹血糖在年龄分布上存在差异。〔Objective〕 To understand the difference in the age of fasting plasma glucose for men and women in Kaifeng City.〔Methods〕 The data of blood routine and biochemical test in the medical examiners in Huaihe Hospital of Henan University in 2015 were collected and analyzed statistically.〔Results〕 1. The average value of man FPG standard deviation （5.93＋1.64） mmol/L was significantly higher than that of female （5.68＋1.39） mmol/L （ P〈0.001, Student＇s t test）. There was a difference in age between male and female FPG. 2. The proportion of the number of male high blood sugar from 20 years old （1.8%） increased to 70 years of age （44.3%） reached the peak, at the age of ≥80 （31.7%） after the easing; while women of high blood glucose in the proportion of the number of 20 years to 30 years of age had no obvious change, from 40 years old （11.2%） began to increase and reached the peak to 70 years of age the value （44.6%）, ≥80 （44.4% years old） is still high （ P〈0.001 chi square test）.〔Conclusion〕 There is a difference in the age of fasting plasma glucose between male and female in Kaifeng.
