摘 要:[目的]了解开封市人群高血尿酸分布情况,并探讨血尿酸浓度与其他血液生化指标之间的关系。[方法]使用2015年9月至2016年11月在开封某医院进行健康体检人员匿名数据资料,运用t检验、卡方检验和多因素回归分析对血尿酸与年龄、血脂、血糖、血常规、肝功能、肾功能指标之间的关系进行统计分析。[结果]男性血尿酸浓度明显高于女性血尿酸浓度(P<0.05);男性血尿酸浓度与年龄、血糖和高密度脂蛋白呈现显著性负向关联,但与胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、尿素、肌酐和甘油三酯呈显著性正向关联。女性血尿酸浓度与高密度脂蛋白呈现显著性负向关联,但与单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、尿素、肌酐、总胆固醇和甘油三酯呈正向关联。[结论]开封市地区人群血尿酸浓度有着明显的性别差异;不同性别的血尿酸浓度与年龄、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、血糖浓度以及总胆固醇之间呈现统计学差异。〔Objective〕 This study were performed to evaluate the distribution of serum uric acid(SUA) among people who had received physical examination who lived in Kaifeng and to discuss the associations of SUA level with other biochemical index.〔Methods〕 The physical examination data from September 2015 to November 2016 in a hospital in Kaifeng were used the associations of SUA with age blood lipids, blood glucose, blood cells, liver enzymes creatinine and urea were analyzed by using test chi square and multiple regressional analysis.〔Results〕 There were significant difference in uric acid concentration between men and women.In men, concentration of SUA was negatively associated with age blood glucose and HDL-C,but positively associated with bilirubin,γGT,ALT,urea,creatinine and triglycerides( P 〈0.05).〔Conclusion〕 With age, monocytes,eosinophils, blood glucose and cholesterol were statistically different between men and women.
