摘　　要：以Web of Science TM核心合集数据库中收录的电子健康相关文献为主要研究对象,对国外电子健康发展沿革进行梳理。基于时间维度,将国外电子健康发展历程划分为三个主要阶段,并对现阶段国外电子健康发展的特征进行归纳,如应用形式的多样化、服务模式的转变、新兴技术的渗透、经济市场的高涨以及个人健康管理理念的普及等。通过对国外电子健康领域不同阶段的研究发展及应用实践的梳理,为后续我国电子健康相关研究提供一些理论参考。Taking some correlative literature from Web of Science TM,it reviewed the development progress of E-health abroad in this paper,and introduced the developing concept definition of E-health. In addition,basing on analysis of the literature content as well as the time dimension,the main periods of ehealth＇s evolution was divided into three phases,and the characteristics of five aspects were summed up from present period of the rapid E-health development in China,such as diversified application,service mode transformation,emerging technology penetration,rising economy and personal health management implementation. According to the study results at different stages of the research and practice,it looks forward to the E-health future and helps to provide useful reference and interrelated suggestions for further research in China.
