摘 要:长庆油田部分缺乏伴生气的井场及拉油点采用燃煤常压水套炉进行原油加热,存在污染环境、燃烧不充分、热效率低、受天气影响大、员工劳动强度大、不可温控等问题。研究了高频电磁感应加热技术,具备油、气、水与电分离,原油温升快,不结垢的优点。应用后,该加热方式热效率达到95%,节能率达到49%,与采用燃煤锅炉、普通电伴热、电热棒加热相比更加安全、高效、无污染、节能环保,从理论上更适合油田分布式原油井口集输加热。The crude oil in the wellsite and the oil pulling point lack of associated gas is heated by a coal-fired atmospheric pressure water jacket. They have the problems of pollution environment, insufficient burning, low thermal efficiency, great influence on the weather, high labor intensity of employees, and no temperature control. So the high frequency electromagnetic induction heating technology is studied. This technology has the advantages of oil, gas, water and electricity separation, crude oil temperature rising fast, and no scaling. After the application of this technology, the thermal efficiency is 95% and the energy saving rate is 49%. It is more safe, efficient, non polluting, energy saving and environmental protection compared with the use of coal-fired boilers, ordinary electric heat tracing and electric heating rods. In theory, it is more suitable for the heating of distributed oil well head in oil field.
