摘 要:高速公路收费方式从开放式收费,到封闭式收费,再到联网收费;从人工收费,到人工半自动收费,再到现在的不停车收费,经历相当长的发展过程。不停车收费通过5.8 G专用微波短程通信技术读写车辆收费数据,达到不停车收费目的。以"互联网+"的思维逻辑,分析当前高速公路不停车收费技术的不足,从而介绍基于牌照识别与移动支付技术的高速公路不停车收费技术,及该技术的发展进程,并对5.8 G专用微波短程通信技术的不停车收费系统提出若干创新发展建议。The toll collection method of highways ranges from open-type to closed-type charges and to network-based charges; from artificial charges, to manual semi-automatic charges, and to current non-stop charges, it has undergone a rather long development process.The non-stop charging through 5.8 G dedicated microwave short-range communication technology to read & write vehicle charge data, to achieve the purpose of no parking fees. Based on the thinking logic of Internet +, this paper analyzes the deficiencies of the current highway toll collection technology, and then introduces the highway toll collection technology based on license plate recognition & mobile payment technology, and the development process of the technology. The non-stop charging system of 5.8 G dedicated microwave short-range communication technology are proposed with several innovative development proposals.
