摘  要:针对空心板梁铰缝受损,利用环氧修复胶通过梁底注胶方式,在不中断交通的前提下实现较为彻底的加固,解决"单板受力"问题。然而加固工艺本身存在一些缺陷,如加固设备分散、工艺不统一、材料浪费、造价居高不下等。在对梁底注胶加固施工过程各环节进行分析的基础上,开发一套新型专用注胶设备,对梁底注胶加固工序中存在的缺陷进行改进提升,并对实体桥梁进行分段注胶加固试验,利用相对位移法评价改进效果。相关研究成果可为后续类似项目的实施提供借鉴。In view of the hinge joint damage of the hollow slab beam, the epoxy repair adhesive is used to reinforce the beam under the premise of non-interruption of traffic, and the single board force problem is solved. However, there are some defects in the reinforcement process itself, such as the dispersion of reinforcement equipment, the disunity of technology,the waste of materials, & the high cost. On the basis of the construction process analysis of beam bottom grouting reinforcement construction, a new type of special glue injection equipment is developed. At the same time, the defects in the beam bottom grouting reinforcement process are improved & improved,and the reinforcement test of the solid bridge is carried out by piecewise injection of glue, and the relative displacement method is used to evaluate the improvement effect. The research results can provide reference for the implementation of similar projects in the future.
