摘  要:上海软土地基超长大直径钻孔灌注桩施工过程中质量出现不少问题,如钻杆断裂、桩孔缩径、沉渣厚度超标、桩身完整性检测不合格等。为此,在大芦线航道整治二期工程新建工程5标中进行大胆尝试,对传统钻孔灌注桩原地自磨造泥浆施工工艺进行改进与优化,以试成孔检测形式,开展增加膨润土造浆护壁携砂与除砂机除砂相结合工艺,成桩质量显著提高。There are many problems in the construction of the super-long-diameter bored castinplace pile in Shanghai soft soil foundation, such as the fracture of drill rod, the shrinkage of the pile hole, the excess of the sediment thickness and the unqualified testing of the pile integrity. Therefore, a bold attempt is made in the Bid 5 of Phase Ⅱ New Project of Dalu Line Navigation Regulation. The improvement & optimization of in-situ self-drilling mud construction technology for traditional bored piles are made, and the trial hole detection is used to develop the combining process of bentonite slurry wall with sand and sand removal by sand removing machine. The quality of pile forming has been greatly improved.
