摘  要:基于索洛余值法的柯布-道格拉斯(C-D)生产函数,构建科技创新、资本存量、劳动投入与经济增长之间的函数关系模型,借助SPSS软件对皖江城市带的相关数据进行分析,然后再根据各要素估算出科技创新的贡献率。研究表明,总体上看科技创新对皖江城市带经济增长起促进作用,且近几年较为明显;但滁州、宣城、铜陵、池州等市科技创新对经济增长的贡献不足,政府需要采取积极措施提高科技创新水平,促进地区经济增长。Based on the Solow residual value method of Cobb-Douglas( C-D) production function,a functional relationship model of technological innovation,capital stock,labor input and economic growth is established. With the analyses of the relevant data of Wanjiang City Belt by SPSS software,the contribution rate of scientific and technological innovation is estimated. The research shows that technological innovation has played a catalytic role in the economic growth of Wanjiang City Belt,especially in recent years; however,technological innovations in Chuzhou,Xuancheng,Tongling and Chizhou etc. haven 't contributed enough to economic growth. The government needs to take active measures to increase the level of technological innovation and promote regional economic growth.
