摘 要:研究不同成型方法对SAC沥青混合料的路用性能影响。采用标准马歇尔击实方法、旋转压实100次和旋转压实125次成型SAC沥青混合料试件,评价不同成型方法设计的同种级配的沥青混合料高温稳定性,水稳定性和疲劳性。试验结果表明,标准马歇尔成型设计的SAC沥青混合料高温性能最差,采用旋转压实100次设计的高温性能最好,采用旋转压实125次设计的沥青混合料并没有对SAC沥青混合料的高温稳定性提高有明显作用。按标准马歇尔成型方法设计的SAC沥青混合料水稳定性最好,而按SGC旋转压实125次设计的水稳定性最差。按旋转压实100次设计的SAC沥青混合料的抗疲劳性能最好,采用标准马歇尔击实设计的SAC沥青混合料的抗疲劳性能最差。对于骨架密实型的SAC沥青混合料采用SGC旋转压实100次成型设计,会得到较好的综合路用性能。The effect of different molding methods on the pavement performance of SAC asphalt mixture was studied. With the standard compaction method designed by Marshall,the SAC asphalt mixture is gyratory compacted for 120 times and 100 times. The high temperature stability,water stability and fatigue of the same grade asphalt mixture designed by different molding methods were analyzed. The results showed that the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture designed with standard Marshall method is the worst and the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture designed through 100 times superpave gyratory compaction is the best. The water stability of SAC asphalt mixture designed with standard Marshall method is the best. The water stability of SAC asphalt mixture designed through 125 times superpave gyratory compaction is the worst. The anti-fatigue performance of SAC asphalt mixture designed through 100 times superpave gyratory compaction is the best. The anti-fatigue performance of SAC asphalt mixture designed with standard Marshall method is the worst. The SAC asphalt mixture designed through 100 times superpave gyratory compaction will get better comprehensive road performance.
