摘 要:为了比选出更优的铁路绿色施工方案,响应国家提倡的工程项目绿色可持续发展,本文结合属性层次分析法(AHM)和逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS),从施工阶段入手,结合铁路工程复杂特点构建了铁路绿色施工评价指标体系。用传统AHP改进后的属性AHM赋权法,更加简便地求出各评价指标权重;再用改进的TOPSIS法构建绿色铁路评价模型进行多方案决策;最后结合兰渝铁路兰州东至夏官营段的绿色施工方案进行实例验证。应用表明该方法得出的结果较模糊综合评判法更为精确,证明本文构建的指标体系和评价模型具有合理性、可操作性。因此,利用本文所提出的方法是有效的,可为今后铁路在施工阶段的方案比选提供参考,也为绿色施工方案比选提供思路。In order to compare and select a better railway green construction plan,and in response to the country to promote the green sustainable development projects,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of railway green construction from the construction stage and the complicated characteristics of railway engineering based on the theory and method of attribute AHP and TOPSIS. Using the AHM method,weights of each evaluation index can be precisely calculated. And then using the improved TOPSIS method, the green railway evaluation model is constructed to make multi-program decision-making. Finally,combined with the Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway of the green construction program for example verification. The results show that the proposed method is more accurate than the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and it is proved that the index system and the evaluation model constructed in this paper are reasonable and operable. Therefore,the use of the proposed method is effective,which not only provides a reference for the future railway in the construction phase of the program,but also ideas for the comparison and selection of green construction program.
