卡介菌多糖核酸与依巴斯汀联合治疗荨麻疹的疗效及其对血浆组胺水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨分析卡介菌多糖核酸与依巴斯汀联合治疗荨麻疹的疗效及其对血浆组胺水平的影响。方法选择2014年1月至2017年1月我院收治的150例荨麻疹患者作为本次研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各75例。对照组患者给予依巴斯汀进行治疗,观察组则采用卡介菌多糖核酸联合依巴斯汀进行治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果及各项指标。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.67%,明显高于对照组的77.33%(P<0.05)。治疗15 d、1、2个月后,两组患者的血浆组胺水平均有所下降,且观察组的血浆组胺水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论于荨麻疹患者而言,采用卡介菌多糖核酸与依巴斯汀联合进行治疗,不仅能提高整体的治疗效果,而且能有效改善患者的血浆组胺水平。Objective To explore and analyze the efficacy of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid combined with ebastine inurticaria and its effect on plasma histamine level. Methods One hundred and fifty patients with urticaria treated in ourhospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were enrolled as the object of this study. The patients were randomly dividedinto control group and observation group, with 75 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received ebastine,while the patients in the observation group received BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid combined with ebastine. The efficacyand various indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation groupwas 94.67%, which was significantly higher than 77.33% of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment for 15 d, 1 and2months, the plasma histamine levels of the two groups decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the controlgroup （P〈0.05）. Conclusion BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid combined with ebastine in patients with chronic urticaria cannot only increase the overall treatment outcomes, but also effectively improve the plasma histamine level of patients.
