摘　　要：目的讨论对骨质疏松性压缩骨折采用经皮椎体成形术和椎体后凸成形术的具体效果和临床价值。方法选取本院2015年7月至2017年7月骨质疏松性压缩骨折患者80例,根据入院先后将其均分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组使用经皮椎体成形术,观察组使用后凸椎体成形术。比较两组患者治疗前后VAS疼痛评分、Cobb角、并发症总发生率以及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,两组VAS疼痛评分和Cobb角均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用后凸椎体成形术能降低患者疼痛,增加Cobb角矫正度,并发症发生率较低,整体治疗效果可观,可在各大医院中推广使用。Objective To discuss the treatment effect and clinical value of percutaneous vertebroplasty （PVP） andpercutaneous kyphoplasty （PKP） in vertebral osteoporosis patients complicated with compression fracture. Methods Eightyvertebral osteoporosis patients complicated with compression fracture treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017were selected and divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control groupreceived PVP, the observation received PKP. The VAS points, Cobb angle, incidence rate of complications and totaleffective rate of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the VAS scores and Cobbangle of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were lower than thecontrol group （P〈0.05）; the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the controlgroup （P〈0.05）; the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The PKP can relieve the pain, increase the correction degree of Cobb angle, reduce the incidence rate ofcomplications and improve the clinical effective rate. It should be widely applied in clinical practice.
