持续质量改进(CQI)在正压Y型静脉留置针管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨持续质量改进(CQI)在正压Y型静脉留置管理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年7月至2017年7月于本院实施正压Y型静脉留置针的患者140例,随机将患者分为对照组与观察组,各70例。对照组患者予以常规管理,观察组予以持续质量改进方式管理。比较两组一次性穿刺成功率、并发症发生率、护理满意度、留置针相关知识知晓率。结果观察组患者一次性穿刺成功率和护理满意度均高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理人员对留置针相关知识的知晓率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在正压Y型静脉留置针管理中应用CQI管理效果显著,一次性穿刺成功率明显提高、护理满意度大幅提升,导管堵塞、穿刺失败的发生率显著降低,并使护理人员对留置针相关知识掌握更加全面。Objective To explore the application effect of continuous quality improvement （CQI ） in themanagement of positivepressure type Y indwelling needle. Methods One hundred and forty cases of patients with positive pressure type Y indwellingneedle in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected, and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 70 cases each group. The control group was given routine management and the observation group managed the continuousquality improvement. The rate of one-time puncture success rate, complication rate, nursing satisfaction and the awareness raterelated knowledge of indwelling needle were compared. Results The one-time puncture success rate and nursing satisfaction ofthe observation group were higher than those in the control group, the total incidence of complications in the observation groupwas lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. In the observation group, the nursing satisfaction and the awareness raterelated knowledge of indwelling needle of the nursing staff was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of CQI in the management of positive pressure typeY indwelling needle has exact effect, canimprove the one-time success rate of puncture and nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of complications, and make thenursing staff to grasp a more comprehensive knowledge about the indwelling needle.
