摘  要:介绍了采用感应电炉生产灰铸铁时铁液的一些冶金特性,提出了提高铁液质量的相关措施:(1)尽量使用大功率熔化炉料,减少铁液与外界气体接触,防止铁液氧化;(2)铁液的过热温度不能太高,过热时间不能太长;(3)需要加入Fe S或Fe S2进行增S,以满足化学成分工艺要求;(4)在满足铸件力学性能的基础上,铁液中的w(Mn)和w(S)量应取下限;(5)加入Si C进行预处理,有利于生成细小均匀的A型石墨;(6)将Si/C的比值控制在0.6~0.8,减少铸件薄壁的白口倾向,改善铸件的力学性能和加工性能。Some metallurgical characteristics of hot metal in the production of gray iron by induction furnace were introduced and related measures to improve the quality- of' molten iron were proposed: (1)Use high-power fhmace to melting charge to reduce the contact between the molten iron and the outside air and prevent the iron liquid from oxidizing. (2)The overheating temperature of' the hot metal couldn't be too high anc] the overheating time couldn't be too long. (3)It was necessary to add FeS or FeS2 to increase S, so as to meet the chemical composition process requirements. (4)On the basis of satisfy-ing the mechanical properties of castings,the lower limits of w (Mn) and w (S) in molten iron should be taken. (5)Pretreatment with SiC was beneficial to the [bmlation of fine and uniform A-type graphite. (6)The ratio of Si/C was controlled within 0.6-0.8 to reduce the tendency of casting white iron, and to improve the mechanical properties and processing performance of the casting.
