摘　　要：叙述了电厂实施混合能源减排的必要性及电厂减排的常用方法,对基于混合能源减排电厂的最优决策模型进行了分析,并提出了有效的建议及设想,以供相关人员进行参考。This paper described the necessity of implementing hybrid energy emission reduction and the common methods for emission reduction in power plant, analyzed the optimization decision model based on hybrid energy emission reduction power plant and put forward some effective suggestions and ideas so as to provide the reference for the related personnel.
