摘　　要：文中通过对涤氨竹炭提花面料进行一浴法去油染色、防紫外线及吸湿快干整理,制备了具有防紫外线、亲水功能的涤氨竹炭提花面料。测试了织物的防紫外线性能、吸湿快干性能、耐皂洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度及拼白沾色牢度,并进行生产实践。结果表明,所开发的多功能涤氨竹炭提花面料的UPF值大于50,且具有良好的吸湿快干性能,耐皂洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、拼白沾色牢度等达到4级以上。In this paper, an anti-UV hydrophilic whiteness pitching fabrics with polyester ammonia charcoal jacquard is prepared by one bath process with dyeing, remove oil, anti-UV and moisture absorbing and fast-dry finishing. The anti-UV performance, moisture absorption and fast-dry, washing fastness, rubbing fastness, whiteness Pitching fastness were tested, and used in production practice. The results show that the developed fabric has a UPF value greater than 50, with good moisture absorption performance, and color difference, and the color fastness to washing, rubbing, and white floating can reach to 4 level reach more than level 4.
