无醛亲水固色剂DM-2521的应用

摘　　要：棉织物用活性染料染深色时需要固色剂进行固色,传统棉用固色剂固色后织物亲水性降低。无醛亲水固色剂DM-2521高聚物分子一端的反应性基团与染料分子上的反应性基团交联,而另一端引入亲水性基团可能提升织物的亲水性。文中探讨了无醛亲水固色剂DM-2521对深色棉针织物固色处理后的亲水性、染色牢度、残液COD值的影响,并与市场同类型产品对比。结果表明,无醛亲水固色剂DM-2521用于染色、印花棉织物固色,不仅能显著提升耐皂洗、耐汗渍、耐水渍、耐海水、耐唾液等色牢度,并能提升亲水性,且不影响耐汗光复合色牢度、耐日晒色牢度;相对于市场同类产品,无醛亲水固色剂DM-2521固色时用量小、固色效果及亲水性更优异,减少了污水排放,具有良好的经济效益。Cotton fabric needs fixing color when dyeing dark color dyed with reactive dyes, but the fabric hydrophilicity is reduced after fixing with traditional fixing agent for cotton.The reactive group on the molecular side of the formaldehyde-free hydrophilic fixing agent DM-2521 can crosslink with reactive groups in the dye molecules,while the hydrophilic group at the other end may enhance the hydrophilicity of the fabric.In this paper, the influence of formaldehyde-free hydrophilic fixing agent DM-2521 on the hydrophilic, dyeing fastness and COD value of the dark cotton knitted fabric was discussed and compared with the same type of products in the market. The results show that the formaldehyde-free hydrophilic fixing agent DM-2521 cannot only significantly improve the color fastness to soaping, perspiration, water stain, seawater, saliva, etc., but also improve the hydrophilicity, whch do not affect the fastness to light composite khan, the fastness to sunlight; Compared with the same type of products in the market, the formaldehyde-free hydrophilic fixing agent DM-2521 has a small amount of fixing, excellent fixing effect and better hydrophilicity, which reduces sewage dischargewithgood economic and social benefits.
