摘  要:针对法兰绒在服用过程中易起毛起球,常规有机硅柔软剂缺乏亲水基团,易产生静电等问题。文中采用聚醚硅油柔软剂、微粒尺寸不同的改性氨基硅油柔软剂、低黄变型胺基变性硅酮复合柔软剂5种改性有机硅柔软剂对法兰绒织物进行整理,探讨柔软剂种类和用量对法兰绒织物抗起毛起球性能、手感和亲水性能的影响。结果表明:选用的5种柔软剂均能不同程度地提高法兰绒织物的抗起毛起球性能,且效果随用量的增加而增加,其中低黄变型胺基变性硅酮复合柔软剂的抗起毛起球效果最佳,且手感柔软,色变较小,但选用的5种有机硅柔软剂均未明显改善法兰绒织物的亲水性。In view of the problems that flannel is prone to fluffing and pilling, and commonly used silicone softeners lackof hydrophilic groups are prone to electrostatic, the flannel fabrics were treated with polyether silicone oil softeners, modified amino silicone oil softeners with different particle sizes, and low-yellowing amine-modified silicone composite softeners in this paper.The influence of the type and amount of softener on the pilling and hydrophilic properties of flannel fabrics were investigated.The results show that five kinds of softeners can improve the pilling resistance of flannel fabrics by different degrees, but no one can obviously improve the hydrophilicity of flannel fabrics. The best performances from the fabric finished by softener 5#(low yellow variant amino modified silicone) with better anti-pilling, softer hand feeling and litter color change.
