摘 要:针对服装因耐光汗复合色牢度差引起的退货和消费者投诉问题,文中介绍了耐光汗复合色牢度的考核标准、测试原理、测试方法,分析了因耐光汗复合色牢度差导致的退货在针织工艺衫产品市场退货的占比,探讨了耐汗渍色牢度、耐光色牢度与耐光汗复合色牢度的关系。指出,夏季产品因耐光汗复合色牢度差引起褪色导致退货占比大,春季产品相应偏低;耐汗渍色牢度和耐光色牢度与耐光汗复合色牢度无直接关系,建议企业质量内控时需要同时考核以上3项色牢度,以降低针织工艺衫产品由耐光汗复合色牢度不良引起的退货率,提升产品满意度。In view of the goods return and complaint due topoorlight and perspiration composite color fastness,this article introduced the testing principle and method of light fastness to perspiration and analyzed the return goods and discussed the relationship between perspiration fastness, light fastness, and light and perspiration composite color fastness.The results show that in the summer products, the color fading caused by the light and perspiration composite color fastness is relatively large in the returned products. There is no relationship in perspiration fastness, light fastness, and light and perspiration composite color fastness. It recommend that it needs to test these three colorfastness to reduce the return rate due topoor perspiration light fastness and thusimprove customer satisfaction withknitted sweater.
