摘　　要：从卫矛科(Celastraceae)南蛇藤属植物过山枫(Celastrus aculeatus Merrill)的根中分离纯化并鉴定了4个化合物,其结构分别为Celastrol(1)、Trans-hydroxycinnamoyl ester of lupeol(2)、β-sitosterol(3)和1β-benzoyl,2β-benzoyl,6α-2-methyl-butyryl,8β-hydroxyl,9α-acetylβ-dihydroagarofurane(4).其中化合物2、4为首次从该植物中分离得到.Four compounds were separated and purified from the root of Celastrus aculeatus. By combination of chemical methods and spectral analysis,structures of the compounds were identified as Celastrol （1）,Trans-hydroxycinnamoyl ester of lupeol （2）,β-sitosterol （3） and 1β-benzoyl,2β-benzoyl,6α-2-methyl-butyryl, 8 β-hydroxyl,9α-acetyl β-dihydroagarofurane （4）.2 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
