摘 要:以某机械设备的错齿式迷宫密封结构为研究对象,根据计算流体力学理论建立了数值计算模型,运用Fluent软件数值模拟了迷宫密封内部气体的压力和速度分布状况,探索了间隙宽度和空腔深度在4种不同压比下对泄漏量的影响机理,并对原有模型的空腔宽度、齿宽等结构参数进行了优化,提出了4种不同尺寸的密封结构模型,比较了5种模型的泄漏量随压比的变化规律。结果表明:泄漏量随间隙宽度的增加而增加,随空腔深度的增加而减小,优化后模型D的泄漏量明显降低。研究可为错齿式迷宫密封结构的优化和应用提供参考。Taking interlocking labyrinth seal of mechanical equipment as the research object, a numerical calculation model is established based on computational fluid dynamics theory, the software of Fluent and the method of numerical simulation are used to get pressure and velocity distribution of gas in the internal of the labyrinth seal, the influence mechanism of gap width and the depth of the cavity on the leakage at four different pressure ratios is explored, besides, the structural parameters of the cavity width, the tooth width and so on in original model are optimized, four kinds of models with different sizes of labyrinth seal structure are presented, the variation rules of leakage on the pressure ratio at five different models are compared. The results show that the amount of leakage increases as gap width increases, decrease as the depth of cavity increases, the model D can effectively reduce the leakage of labyrinth seal. This study can provide reference value on structure optimization and application of interlocking labyrinth seal.
