摘　　要：辽河油田含油污泥主要为稠油污泥,原油重质化严重、油水密度差小、泥质微细化,处理难度大。针对现有油泥处理设备老化、处理能力和处理效果下降的问题开展了大量的现场实验研究,主要有化学水洗、热解焚烧、生物降解、固相土壤修复、非蒸发干燥技术等。通过对实验的总结,针对实验存在的问题提出了推行清洁化生产、实施分类储存、多工艺结合、使用绿色环境友好型材料、残渣资源化利用等处理处置思路。The Oily sludge in Liaohe Oilfield is mainly heavy oil sludge.It is difficult to treat this heavy oil sludge for small density difference between water and oil,and severe emulsification.Due to the aging of existing treatment equipment,the decrease of treatment capacity and treatment effect,a lot of field experiments have been carried out,including chemical washing,pyrolysis and incineration,biodegradation,bioremediation,and non-evaporative drying technology.This paper makes a summary of the experiments and puts forward some ideas to deal with the problems existing in the experiment,such as promoting cleaner production,classified storage,multi-process combination,using green materials and resource utilization of residues.
