摘　　要：南京师范大学"新叶"青年志愿者协会以专业促公益,通过实行模块式、矩阵式双向管理,构建双向信息平台、推行"哲学小课堂"课程等措施建立志愿服务长效机制,可为应对大学生志愿服务工作缺乏专业化平台支撑,大学生志愿服务主体、对象、形式、组织建构变化而引发的新问题以及服务内容结构单一、缺乏深度提供借鉴。The Youth Volunteer Association of Nanjing Normal University named New Leaf is designed to promote public welfare with specialized service. It strives to establish along term volun teer mechanism through modular and matrix management, bi directional information platforms and extra classes like ＂Philosophy Lectures＂. The experience of New Leaf provides good reference for sol ving the new problems caused by the change in subject, object, form and organization of volunteer service and for creating specialized platform support and offering rich and deep volunteer service.
