摘　　要：目的:分析消毒供应中心压力蒸汽灭菌器舱体内黄垢形成的原因,提出处理黄垢的解决方法。方法:将3台压力蒸汽灭菌器分别记为1、2、3组,1和2组作为实验组,考察医用全水溶型润滑剂和一次性包装材料的影响。3组作为对照组,考察灭菌蒸汽的影响。分别使用手术器械灭菌程序灭菌200锅次,观察灭菌器舱体是否产生黄垢。同时考察了使用不同品牌的全水溶型医用润滑剂,灭菌器舱体出现黄垢的周期。结果:实验1组灭菌器舱体出现黄垢,实验2组和对照组灭菌器舱体均无黄垢产生。使用不同品牌的全水溶型医用润滑剂后,灭菌器舱体内均出现了黄垢。结论:医用全水溶型润滑剂是压力蒸汽灭菌器舱体内黄垢形成的主要原因,使用不同品牌的全水溶型润滑剂,灭菌器舱体出现黄垢的周期有所不同。Objective： To analyze the causes of yellow scale formation in pressure steam sterilizer cabin of the central sterile supply department and put the corresponding solution of yellow scale. Methods： The three pressure steam sterilizers were recorded as 1, 2 and 3 respectively. Groups 1 and 2 were treated as experimental groups, the effects of the whole water-soluble medical lubricants and disposable packaging materials were investigated. The third group, as a control group, investigated the effects of sterilization steam. The sterilization procedure for surgical instruments was used to sterilize 200 pots of sterilization procedure respectively, observe whether the sterilizer cabin produces yellow scale. At the same time, the whole water-soluble medical lubricants with different brands was studied, the period of yellow scale is observed in pressure steam sterilizer cabin. Results： TS Yellow scale was found in 1 group of sterilizers, and no yellow scale was found in 2 groups and control group. Yellow scale was found in the sterilizer cabin after the use of different brands of the whole water-soluble medical lubricants. Conclusion： The whole water-soluble medical lubricants is the main reason for the formation of yellow scale in pressure steam sterilizer cabin, the sterilizer cabin has a different cycle of yellow scaleafter the use of different brands of the whole water-soluble medical lubricants.
