聚焦解决模式在先天性心脏病介入治疗患儿主要照顾者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨聚焦解决模式在先天性心脏病介入治疗患儿主要照顾者中的应用效果。方法:采用随机数字表法,将接受介入治疗的112名先天性心脏病患儿照顾者分为对照组和观察组各56名,对照组实施延续护理,观察组在此基础上实施应用聚焦解决模式进行干预;应用照顾者负担量表(CBI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价干预前后两组效果。结果:干预后观察组CBI总分及SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:聚焦解决模式可显著减轻先天性心脏病介入治疗患儿主要照顾者的照顾负担,并有效缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪。Objective： To explore the application effect of focused solution approach in primary caregivers of children with congenital heart disease. Methods： A total of 112 children with congenital heart disease received interventional therapy were divided into the control group and the observation group,56 cases in each group. The control group implemented the continuation nursing. The observation group carried out the focus solution on this basis. The caregiver burden scale（ CBI） and the self rating Anxiety Scale（ SAS） and self evaluation of depression（ SDS） were applied to evaluate the effects of the two groups before and after the intervention. Results： After intervention,the total score of CBI and SAS and SDS scores of the caregivers in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Focused solution approach can significantly reduce the burden of caregivers of children with congenital heart disease,and relieve their anxiety and depression effectively.
