学生视域下发挥大学生党员先锋模范作用简析

摘　　要：大学生党员是学生群体中的先进分子和骨干力量,是保证中国特色社会主义事业后继有人的中流砥柱。通过调查分析,大部分学生党员认为,当代大学生党员发挥先锋模范作用是加强自身建设的需要,是构建和谐校园的需要,是促进校风学风建设的需要。在总结学生普遍认同的合格党员标准基础上,提出了提升大学生党员发挥先锋模范作用的关键因素是:提高党员身份的自我认知度、增强学生党员的"四个自信"、学生党员必须具有创新精神和创新能力。Being the outstanding representatives of college students,the student Party members are crucial in building socialism with Chinese characteristics. 420 Party members of college students from 18 universities in Shanxi province were selected to carry out questionnaires via We Chat,and 8 students were interviewed as research objects. By using the Grounded Theory and quantitative methods,the reasons why student Party members need to play the pioneer and model role were explained. The standards of being the qualified Party members in colleges were summarized from 4 aspects related to their everyday campus life. The key factors restricting their exemplary role were discussed based on the questionnaires and investigations.
