“互联网+”视域下大学生参与型政治文化初探

摘　　要：参与型政治文化是与现代民主政治相适应的政治文化。了解在"互联网+"时代背景下大学生参与型政治文化发展状况对于促进我国民主政治的发展意义重大。通过调查研究发现,在"互联网+"背景下大学生参与型政治文化的发展呈良好态势,但也存在一些不足:大学生未能正确处理网络政治参与过程中的"虚拟性与现实性"关系;由于"参与能力不足"导致的网络政治参与行为失范;政治参与过程中政治效能感较弱。针对这些不足,应加强网络治理制度建设,规范网络参与行为;提升政治理论认知,引导大学生理性参与;丰富政治实践渠道,提高政治效能感,以推动大学生参与型政治文化的健康发展。Participatory political culture is a political culture that adapts to modern democratic politics. As to the promotion of the development of democratic politics in China,it is of great significance to understand the development of college students＇ participation in political culture in the context of ＂ Internet plus＂. Through the investigation and research,this paper finds that under the background of ＂ Internet plus＂,the development of participatory political culture on campus is in a good trend,but there are also some deficiencies,which include that college students failed to correctly handle the relationship between ＂ virtuality and reality＂ in the process of network political participation,the political participation in the Internet caused by ＂ insufficient participation capacity＂ is out of order,and political efficiency is weak in political participation. In response to these deficiencies,the author suggests to strengthen the construction of the network governance system and standardize the online participation behavior; promote the cognition of political theory and guide rational participation of college students; enrich political practice channels and increase political efficacy so as to promote the healthy development of college students＇ participation in political culture.
