蒿甲虚热清颗粒对利血平和甲状腺素致阴虚模型小鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的研究蒿甲虚热清颗粒对阴虚模型小鼠的影响。方法采用甲状腺素和利血平建立小鼠阴虚模型,给予不同剂量的蒿甲虚热清颗粒灌胃6 d,观察其对阴虚模型小鼠体质量、疼痛、血糖、免疫功能等指标的影响。结果与正常对照组比较,阴虚模型小鼠体质量和存活率下降,痛觉增敏(增加扭体次数),血糖、脾系数和胸腺系数显著下降,抑制迟发型超敏反应(DTH),差异有统计学意义;蒿甲虚热清颗粒能明显增加阴虚动物的体质量、增加阴虚动物存活率,降低痛反应(减少扭体次数)、升高血糖、增加脾指数、胸腺指数,增强DTH,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论蒿甲虚热清颗粒能改善阴虚模型小鼠体征,具有一定的镇痛、升高血糖和增强机体免疫功能。Objective To study the influence of Haojia Xureqing granules（ HXG） on the model of yindeficiency syndrome in mice and evaluate its function of yin-nourishing. Methods Yin-deficiency syndrome model was induced by gavage of thyroxine and reserpine in NCI mice. The body weight,writhing numbers,blood glucose and immunologic functions were measured. Results Compared with the normal control group,the body weight and survival rate were decreased in yin-deficiency mice. Moreover,the pain sensitization was enhanced with high writhing frequency, blood glucose, spleen coefficient and thymus index were significantly decreased, and delayed type hypersensitivity was inhibited in yin-deficiency mice. After treatment with HXG,the body weight and survival rate were increased in yin-deficiency mice. In addition,the pain reaction was decreased, blood glucose, spleen coefficient and thymus index were improved, and delayed type hypersensitivity was enhanced in HXG-treated yin-deficiency mice. Conclusion HXG could ameliorate the physical signs of yin-deficiency model mice,which is related to analgesia,elevation of blood glucose and enhancement of body immunity.
