温里药对消化系统作用的文献再评价

摘　　要：目的对温里药有关消化系统的药理作用进行文献再评价,为进一步开展研究提供理论依据。方法查阅、归纳、整理1982至2017年间公开发表的温里药对消化系统作用的研究文献,根据中药药理作用的评价原则和中药调节消化系统作用的评价标准,对11味温里药进行文献再评价。结果吴茱萸、干姜、高良姜调整胃肠运动、抗溃疡作用明确,且吴茱萸、干姜作用比较广泛;花椒、丁香、肉桂、荜澄茄对胃肠运动抑制作用明确;胡椒和荜茇实验研究相对缺乏,不能确定其对消化系统的作用特点。结论大部分温里药对消化系统的作用比较可靠,部分药物的作用趋势比较复杂,今后可围绕这些药物更全面地开展温里药的作用机制研究。Objective To revaluate the effect of interior-warming medicinal on the digestive system.Methods We looked up/summarized/sortted out the studies of interior-warming medicinal on the digestive system since 1982. According to the evaluation principle of pharmacological action and evaluation criteria of Chinese medicine regulating the function of digestive system,eleven kinds of interior-warming medicinals were revaluated. Results The modulatory effects of Euodiae Fructus, Zingiberis rhizome and Alpiniae officinarum Rhizoma on the digestive system and anti-ulceration were clear. Euodiae Fructus and Zingiberis rhizome were widely applied. The inhibitory effects of Zanthoxulum Pericarpium, Flos caryophylli,Cinnamomi cortex and Litseae fructus on gastrointestinal movement were clear. Experimental research on Piperis fructus and Piperis longi fructus was relatively lacked and its effect on the digestive system couldnt be determined. Conclusion Most of interior-warming medicinals are reliable and the effect trends of some medicinals are complicated. The mechanisms of these medicinals should be comprehensively studied in the future.
