摘 要:现有机场选址一般不特意考虑旅客到达机场所需时间。在新的交通运输发展背景下,这种不考虑旅客到达机场所需时间的机场选址导致航空客运量客源减少。为解决此问题,提出基于旅客到达机场总时间最短的机场选址算法,在对机场服务地区航空客运量进行预测的基础上,以最大限度缩短旅客到达机场的总时间为机场选址的决定因素,运用整数规划理论建立旅客到达机场时间最短的机场选址数学模型。实例计算表明,算法有效可行。Existing airport allocation generally does not consider the time needed for passengers to arrive at the airport particularly. But the existing airport allocation results in reduction of airline passenger volume under the background of new development of transportation. In order to solve this problem,algorithm of airport allocation based on the shortest total time that passengers arrive at the airport is presented in this paper. On the basis of the forecast of airline passenger volume in the airport service area,it is as for the decisive factors of airport location to shorten the time of passengers arriving at the airport to the largest extent. The mathematical model based on the shortest total time that passengers arrive at the airport has been set up by integer programming theory in this paper. Calculation shows that the algorithm is effective and feasible.
