基于LMDI法的江苏省机场碳排放因素指数分解

摘　　要：碳排放影响因素分析已成为我国民航可持续发展的重要研究内容。应用ICAO标准排放模型计算了2006—2015年江苏省民用机场碳排量,采用LMDI法对江苏省内主要机场的碳排放,从机场运输收入、机场规模、能源强度、单位收入旅客吞吐量和碳排放系数5个效应进行因素分解。结果表明:机场运输收入、单位收入旅客吞吐量的变化导致碳排放量增长,机场规模、能源强度的变化导致碳排放量减少。根据各因素的影响程度,确定机场收入、机场规模、能源强度为碳排放量变化的主要影响因素。提出通过统筹经济效益和环境资源效益、优化省内机场发展格局、提高能源利用率以及提高运输效率4项措施,为江苏省民航业低碳化发展提出可行性建议。Analysis of influencing factors of carbon emissions has become an important research of sustainable development of Chinese civil aviation. In this paper,the ICAO standard emission model was used to calculate the carbon emissions of airports in Jiangsu Province from 2006 to 2015. The LMDI method was used to decompose the carbon emission factors of the major airports in Jiangsu Province into five points,which include the revenue of airport traffic,scale,energy intensity,airport passenger throughput per revenue and coefficient on carbon emissions. The result shows that the change of the revenue and airport passenger throughput per revenue,leads to the increase of carbon emission. The change of airport scale and energy intensity,leads to the decrease of carbon emission. According to the degree of influence of each factor,the main influencing factors of airport emissions are revenue,scale and energy intensity. Finally,to put forward feasible suggestions for the development of low-carbon civil aviation industry in Jiangsu Province,four measures are put forward,which are four aspects： considerations of economic,environment and resource efficiency,integration of civil aviation resources,improvement of energy utilization rate and improvement of transportation efficiency.
