社区综合治疗方案对2型糖尿病合并失眠患者的作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨社区综合治疗方案对2型糖尿病合并失眠患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年1月在我院接收治疗的2型糖尿病合并失眠患者209例,随机分为观察组104例和对照组105例。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,观察组患者在常规药物治疗的基础上给予社区综合治疗,2组治疗周期均为8周。观察2组患者治疗后的血糖指标、睡眠质量改善情况。结果:观察组患者的血糖指标优于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的睡眠改善有效率明显高对对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:社区综合治疗方案能够稳定2型糖尿病患者的血糖并改善患者的睡眠质量,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective： To investigate the effect of comprehensive community therapy on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with insomnia. Methods： A total of 209 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with insomnia who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into observation group（ 104 cases） and control group（ 105 cases）. Patients in the control group were given conventional drug treatment. Patients in the observation group were given comprehensive treatment based on conventional drug treatment. The treatment cycle was 8 weeks in both groups. Observed the two groups of patients after treatment of blood glucose,sleep quality improvement. Results： The blood glucose index of the observation group was better than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. The effective rate of sleep improvement after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The community comprehensive treatment program can stabilize the blood sugar of patients with type 2 diabetes and improve the quality of sleep of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
