自拟中药汤剂灌肠联合太宁栓纳肛治疗慢性直肠炎及对睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析研究自拟中药汤剂灌肠联合太宁栓纳肛治疗慢性直肠炎的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2014年1月至2015年12月重庆大足区中医院收治的慢性直肠炎患者76例,根据随机原则,分为太宁栓纳肛对照组(n=38);和采用自拟中药汤剂灌肠联合太宁栓纳肛治疗治疗的观察组(n=38)。治疗1周后,比较2组治疗后的总有效率,分析其不良反应和睡眠质量。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为94.74%,优于对照组的78.95%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药汤剂灌肠联合太宁栓纳肛治疗慢性直肠炎的临床治疗效果良好,可改善患者的睡眠质量可临床应用推广。Objective： To analyse the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction enema combined with Tainingshuan anus in the treatment of chronic proctitis. Methods： From January 2014 to December 2015,76 cases of patients with chronic proctitis were selected and randomly divided into control group with treatment of Tainingshuan anus and observation group with treatment of traditional Chinese medicine decoction enema. After the treatment of 1 week comparing the total effective rate,side effects and and sleeping quality. Results： The total effective rate was 94. 74% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 78. 95% in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（ PSQI） in the observation group were lower than the control group. Conclusion： The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction enema combined with Tainingshuan anus in the treatment of chronic proctitis is good,and it can improve sleeping quality. It＇s well worth clinical promotion.
