顺气药膳粥治疗肝胃气滞型胃脘痛伴失眠的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察顺气药膳联合柴胡疏肝散治疗肝郁气滞导致胃脘痛伴失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年5月至2017年5月秦皇岛市中医医院门诊收治的由于肝郁气滞所致的胃脘痛伴失眠患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组予柴胡疏肝散加减口服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合顺气药膳治疗,观察2组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为88.9%;对照组为68.9%;观察组疗程约(19.1±4.44)d,对照组治疗疗程约(27.6±6.92)d,两者比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的治疗效果优于对照组。结论:顺气药膳联合柴胡疏肝散加减治疗肝气犯胃型胃脘痛效果优于单纯中药组,且疗程缩短。2组的睡眠质量存在明显差异,观察组优于对照组。Objective： To study the theraprutic effct of Shunqi medeicial porridge on patients with invating the stomach. Metheds： Choose from May 2016 to May 2017 Qinhuangdao Shi TCM Hospital Outpatient treatment due to stagnation of the liver depression caused by the stomach pain associated with insomnia in 90 cases,randomly divided into therapeutic group and control group,each group of 45 cases. The control group was treated with Chai Hu Shugan powder Plus and minus oral therapy,and the treatment group was treated with shunqi medicinal herbs on the basis of control group,and the treatment effect was observed in 2 groups. Results： The total efective rate of treatment group and control group was respectively 93. 3% and 81. 7%. The difference is statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM-WM therapy is effective,thecrutive effect of teeatment group is better than the control group.
