温针灸联合二乌通络汤熏洗治疗慢性膝关节软组织损伤及改善睡眠状况临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸联合二乌通络汤熏洗治疗慢性膝关节软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年6月我院收治的慢性膝关节软组织损伤患者120名,按随机数字表法分为温针灸组、二乌通络汤熏洗组和联合组(温针灸联合二乌通络汤熏洗),经过2个疗程的治疗之后比较3组患者症状体征积分、睡眠质量及治疗效果。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后3组症状体征积分、PSQI评分均显著降低,且联合组显著低于温针灸组及二乌通络汤组(P<0.05)。联合组总有效率显著高于温针灸组及二乌通络汤组(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸联合二乌通络汤熏洗治疗慢性膝关节软组织损伤的临床疗效显著,可有效降低患者症状体征积分、改善睡眠质量及提高总有效率。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture combined with Erwutongluo decoction fumigation treatment for the Chronic knee joint soft tissue injury. Methods： From January 2016 to June 2017 120 cases chronic knee joint soft tissue injury patients in our hospital were selected and divided randomly into warm acupuncture group,Erwutongluo decoction fumigation group and joint group（ warm acupuncture combined with Erwutongluo decoction fumigation treatment） according to random numbers table method. 2 courses after treatment,the symptom integrals,sleep quility and treatemnt efficacy in 3 groups were compared. Results： Compared with b efore treatment,the symptom integrals,PSQI scores decreased significantly,and joint group was lower than those in warm acupuncture group,Erwutongluo decoction fumigation group（ P 〈 0. 05）,the total effective rate in joint group was higher than that in warm acupuncture group,Erwutongluo decoction fumigation group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture combined with Erwutongluo decoction fumigation treatment for chronic knee joint soft tissue injury patients is remarkable,which can reduce the symptom integrals,improve the sleep quility,and enhance the clinical efficacy.
