摘  要:介绍了一种基于Arduino控制器的位移检测系统的设计。通过差动电容式位移传感器获得电镀生产线传送钢带的位移数据,由Arduino控制器判断处理后,经nRF2401无线模块发送到监控终端,实现了对集成电路产品电镀传送钢带运行过程中的振动与变形状况的实时监测。The design of a displacement measurement system based on Arduino controller was introduced. The displacement of steel conveyor belt of a plating production line measured through differential capacitance sensor is analyzed by the Arduino module, and then sent to the display terminal by the wireless communication module nRF2401. The system realizes the real-time monitoring of vibration and deformation of steel conveyor belt during running of a production line for plating integrated circuit products.
