摘  要:通过比较不同温度条件下不同浓度NaCl和不同浓度PEG处理中国石竹(Dianthus chinensis)和常夏石竹(Dianthus plumariu)种子的萌发率,发现低温下高浓度NaCl或高浓度PEG对中国石竹的影响均小于常夏石竹;不同温度相同NaCl处理中国石竹种子的发芽率显著高于常夏石竹;随温度升高,PEG胁迫对两种石竹种子萌发的影响均减轻,但不同温度相同PEG下,均表现为中国石竹的萌发率高于常夏石竹。试验结果表明,适宜温度可缓解盐胁迫和水分胁迫对种子萌发的影响,中国石竹比常夏石竹更耐低温、耐盐、耐水分胁迫。By comparing the germination rates(GR) of Dianthus chinensis and Dianthus plumariu with different concentrations of NaCl and different concentrations of PEG under different temperatures,it was found that the effects of high NaCl or high PEG on Dianthus chinensis were less than those of Dianthus plumariu under low temperature. The GR of Dianthus chinensis was significantly higher than that of Dianthus plumariu with the same concentration of NaCl under different temperatures. With the increase of temperature, the effects of PEG stress on the germination of the two seeds were reduced,but the GR of Dianthus chinensis was higher than that of Dianthus plumariu under the different temperatures with the same PEG. The above results showed that suitable temperatures could reduce the negative effects of salt stress and water stress on the GR of these two kinds of seeds. Dianthus chinensis was more resistant to low temperature, as well as high salt stress and water stress than Dianthus plumariu.
