摘　　要：随着科技创新驱动的发展,传统的测绘项目管理方式已不在适应正在崛起的三维激光扫描、测量机器人、数字城市、海绵城市等项目的发展需要。测绘项目的多样化,项目生产地的流动性,人员专业的多样化等使得传统的测绘项目管理更加困难。实践中利用"推事本",一款移动互联网办公系统来构建测绘项目管理信息系统,以项目为主线,以提高测绘单位的生产效率与管理水平为目的,设计了各个功能模块及相应数据,实现测绘生产管理现代化、业务办公自动化和决策科学化的现代化测绘地理信息生产体系。This paper deals with the application of construction of information management system to surveying and mapping production control. Traditional management pattern of surveying and mapping production no longer adapts to the new situation with the development of science and technology. The mobile web office system used for establishing Surveying and mapping project management information system is set up in order to enhance production efficiency and management level of a surveying and mapping unit.
