摘　　要：利用空气自动监测资料和气象观测资料,对2016年11月在湖南省发生的一次重污染天气特征及成因进行分析。结果表明,此次重污染是一次典型的以外源性输入为主的重污染天气过程,具备自北向南的传输特征。北方的污染气团在中低层偏北气流作用下向湖南地区输送。同时,由于湖南地区整体大气层结稳定,近地面风速小,相对湿度大,无有效降水等不利气象条件使污染团输送到湖南境内后不能得到有效稀释、扩散和清除,从而导致了重污染天气的发生。Based on the air quality automatic monitoring data and meteorological observation data,the characteristics and causes of a heavy air pollution occurred in November 2016 in Hunan Province were analyzed in this paper. The results showed that the heavy pollution was a typical exogenous input process with a transmission characteristic from north to south. The polluted air masses were transported to the Hunan area under the function of northerly airflow in the lower layer. Meanwhile,due to the adverse weather conditions in Hunan area including stable atmospheric stratification,low wind speed near ground,high relative humidity and no effective precipitation,the polluted air masses could not be effectively diluted,diffused and cleaned in this region,which lead to the occurrence of heavy air pollution.
