摘  要:随着国家依法治国理念的不断深入和发展,法治化已经成为社会文明进步的主旋律,如何界定学校与学生之间的法律关系是提高全面实现依法治校的重要前提。加强对学生的民主化管理,提高职业学校师生的法制意识,缓解和消除因学校管理不当引发的师生矛盾已经成为社会各界关注的焦点。深入分析了现阶段中职学校与学生之间法律关系转变,及在实施法治化管理的现状和存在的问题,并提出了相关对策。With the deepening of ruling the country according to law idea and the development of the rule of law has become the main theme of social civilization and progress. How to define the legal relationship between the school and the students is an important prerequisite to improve the overall realization of the rule of law. How to strengthen the democratic management of students,improve the legal consciousness of teachers and students in vocational schools,relieve and eliminate the contradiction between teachers and students caused by improper school management has become the focus of attention from all walks of life.This paper analyzes the change of legal relationship between vocational schools and students in the present stage,and the current situation and existing problems in the implementation of legalized management,and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
