摘　　要：做好高层次卫生专业技术人才的选拔评价工作,对加强高层次卫生专业技术人才建设,促进医学科技进步和医疗卫生服务水平提高至关重要。本研究旨在建立以能力和业绩为依据,由品德、知识、能力、业绩等要素构成的高层次卫生专业技术人才评价指标体系,为高层次卫生专业技术人才评价工作提供帮助。Selection and evaluation of high-level health professionals is essential to strengthen the construction of high-level health professionals,and improve medical science and technology,and the level of medical and health services. This study aims to establish the evaluation index system basing on ability and performance. The evaluation index system of high-level health professionals composed of moral character,know ledge,ability,performance and other elements provides help for the evaluation of high-level health professionals.
